- To complete the purchase on the agreed date, this may change if the seller requires it to change.
- The buyer will cover all costs of any home report, specialist report or any valuation required.
- The buyer will communicate with all solicitors as required in a timely manner.
- The buyer will disclose to the seller how the purchase is being funded (cash, short term lending etc) and advise of any changes during the process.
- The buyer accepts to purchase with no guarantees (boiler, appliances or any other) if any defects have been disclosed upfront.
- If we instruct a solicitor on your behalf, then we will cover the legal fees up to £1000.
